Position Overview:
Are you looking for a remote sales career with strong earning potential, professional training, and a steady flow of opportunities? Our agency is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Remote Insurance and Financial Services Representatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a sales environment, and wants the flexibility of working from home. Previous insurance experience is not required. We are willing to train the right individual who is driven, coachable, and committed to achieving results.
You'll receive access to paid sales leads, telemarketing support, and advanced sales training designed to help you build a successful and rewarding career.
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers by phone, text, email, and virtual meetings
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Follow up on agency-provided leads and opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
- Consistently work toward individual sales goals and performance metrics
- Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally
- Ability to learn sales processes and product knowledge quickly
- Insurance licensing will be required; licensing assistance is available

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in North San Antonio, TX.
- Our office is open 8am - 5pm - M - F.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2008.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Texas State University.
- We currently have 9 team members at our agency.
- We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
